This is a must visit when we are in Maine. Never fails the food hits every time! Service is always friendly. You feel like one of the family. Aaron and Amanda are wonderful and do such good work in the community they serve. Try the breakfast quesadilla!
What a great diner! My wife and I were in Madison, NH, on vacation, and I am glad I drove an hour just to go here. The food is a great value, inexpensive and so good. Wife had a single pancake with blueberries, and she said it tasted more homemade than most others. I had a bacon and cheese omlette, and eggs were fluffy on top of the tasty fillings. Home fries were also really good. Staff are attentive, sweet, and engaging, and the decor is amazing. They also have a small type of food pantry for people in need, in the front cases that were formerly Coke refrigeration floor chests. Just awesome that they have that so that people can pay it forward to others. I drove a little over an hour for a late breakfast and will do it again when I am in the area!
My family and I just had a FANTASTIC breakfast @ Daddy O's in Norway, ME. It's Monday morning and we were seated right away. The waitress was friendly, and when I asked - she patiently described what BAKED oatmeal is (not like regular oatmeal...). I decided to give it a try and was NOT disappointed! I ordered the baked oatmeal with blueberries - it was EXCELLENT; not watery like most oatmeal can be, but a thick, textured... pudding-like (?) consistency with almost a dessert-like quality. YUM. My husband ordered the "Hangover Skillet;" corned beef hash, biscuits with sausage gravy, and 2 eggs. He says it was "tastey." Our 11-year old son ordered 2 scrambled eggs, hash browns and ("awesome!!!") wheat toast. We all enjoyed our meals so much, and having the license plate game to play made everything more fun. Daddy O's - We will be back!
I went here for breakfast and got the breakfast club and since it was my birthday I got a spiked iced coffee. It was absolutely amazing and the service was wonderful! Definitely recommended trying this place out!
Free thanksgiving dinner was served tonight 5 to 7pm. People could call in for delivery, come inside to eat or pick up drive thru style. Everyone did absolutely amazing... worked their tail off to try to make sure everyone was served in a timely manner. Kudos to Amanda and Aaron Oullette for once again serving HUNDREDS of hot free thanksgiving meals to the community!
Great service. Everyone’s so friendly. I got the southwestern skillet, so good. Flavorful. No complaints. A must
We ordered the biscuits and gravy, southwest omelette, French toast, and blueberry pancakes along with coffee and a Jameson Irish coffee. The food was delicious, portions were big, and everything came out fresh. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and quick—we were in and out in under an hour. The diner has a fun, unique vibe with license plates covering the walls, and even the placemats have little games like finding all the states. Overall, a great spot for a late breakfast.
Great coffee and delicious food. Staff and service is awesome
